Valletta Harbour Cruise

Very easy and informative cruise. Learnt more in 90 minutes about the history and key events than in the 3 hr Valletta walking tour. Worth the cost if 20 euro’s

Brilliant harbour tour, exceeded our expectations. The commentary was really good. The bus ride to the departure point added to the experience.

We headed over to Sliema from Valletta on the public ferry. Once in Sliema we booked the harbour cruise from a stand on the waterfront. We were advised to sit on the right side of the boat (The Elena G) for the best views. The cruise was really interesting with an informative commentary in English and there were lots of good photo opportunities. I would highly recommend this. On the way back into the harbour we spotted bar (Manta Bar) where we had a really nice brunch.

We have nearly missed your trip because one of your staff sent us away from the boat we needed to get on.

Lovely scenic tour around the harbours. Very comfortable boat ride. Not too long but you see quite a bit and different angles of known landmarks.

Boarding in Sliema, we had a lovely cruise around Valletta's three harbours, taking in the stunning sights and fascinating history of this beautiful city. There was almost too much to see to mention but highlights are the forts (St Angelo and St Elmo), the dry docks that were bombed so badly during WW2 and of particular interest to me because my Dad's ship (HMS Illustrious) was very badly bombed. Do listen as intently as you can because this stuff is interesting! A short ferry ride from Valletta to Sliema, and they ferries are very regular and reasonably-priced.

Ideal way to see the wonderful city and its various harbours. The tour included a pre recorded commentary of the history along with an insight into the various areas of the port.

Nice trip, on time, the narration was a bit hard to understand, not crowded. The top deck is open, no shade. There was a company called "I see Malta" with red nicer looking boat with a shaded upper deck. From far it looked nice but pretty full. Regardless, we did not used it and I do not know if the ride was any better. Our boat was good.
